We didn't know Shelly before accidently finding her through a real estate website (not Century 21). We liked her direct approach and her responsive so we decided to work with her on one real estate purchase. We are so glad we did. Shelly is extremely responsive and kept my husband and I informed of all of her efforts. She even let us know that she was working on getting answers when there was really nothing to report, which made us feel very comfortable that she had our best interest in mind. Shelly is very familiar with real estate and especially with contracts, and we saw that what she isn't familiar with, she'll find out (very impressive that she doesn't just make something up like so many other agents we've dealt with). Shelly is organized, professional, courteous, very approachable, easy to talk with and understood and acted upon all of our concerns. the listing agent in our deal did not make things easy, but Shelly took control to get us answers. Shelly was very proactive and paid close attention to all details. We will definitely recommend her to everyone we know that wants to buy or sell a home. She is a shining star amoung the real estate professionals in this area. It was so refreshing to deal with her! She did everything she said she was going to do and didn't make any excuses (she didn't have to!). We were so disheartened by other real estate agents in the Brandon/Valrico area, but then we met Shelly and are very glad we did!
