We met Danny in Eagle, Idaho while visiting a friend. We currently resided in California and were looking for a house to buy in Idaho. Since we had to return to work in California, Danny continued to search for houses for us. We would send him addresses we were interested in (there were quite a few) and without hesitation he would diligently go to those address and video tape the front, back, side, and inside of each and every house while narrating the entire video. (He's very good at it.) We he was so good that we bought a house online without physically seeing it. Danny contacted the builder and the title company for us. He met the home inspector at the house and did the walk through. All we had to do was qualify for the loan and sign the papers. He made the whole process very easy. Danny is knowledgeable, friendly, articulate, and personable. We highly recommend him. He knows the area and is not afraid to venture out to new terrain that may not even be on Google Maps yet.Great experience.Jerry and Paula
