My house was a rental property for several years. I no longer wanted to be a landlord so I asked my property manager to sell it for me. They originally listed my house in August for $289K. I didn't get any offers in a week so they suggested I lower the price to $279K. I received an offer for full price but they wanted me to give an additional $10K in closing for upgrades. I decided to pull the house off the market and move back into it. I replaced all the flooring, appliances, and painted the entire house. In February, Tein gave me a call and asked me if I wanted to sell. He came over did comps and told me he was going to list it for $300K. He listed it on a Thursday and Monday I had 7 offers. I ended up selling the home for $310K. I can't tell you enough how wonderful it has been to work with Tein. He is a gem. If I had any questions I would text him and he would answer immediately. He really knows what he is doing. The best realtor I have ever worked with.
