I am a licensed realtor and used Reeka Christmann and Dave Nolan as my listing realtors for my personal home. I chose them from a previous experience in a real estate transaction. It is very rare to find realtors who conduct themselves in the same standards that I do for my clients. They have an extensive background in real estate and Dave in building homes. They were so responsive, professional, but kind in their approach. They had my back in any circumstances that arose, excellent negotiating skills and made selling my house a breeze! Reeka used a wonderful photographer and they went above and beyond on listing flyers, postcards and buyers package kept on counter for showings. They conducted 2 successful open houses and kept me informed on all interested clients and feedback. I have had my real estate license in Florida since 1981 and they are the best I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them for your real estate needs!

Reeka and Dave are not only amazing realtors but great people. Their wealth of knowledge regarding properties is outstanding. They have extensive information about the local area and their negotiating skills are unbelievable. We bought a house with Reeka and Dave as our buying agents and they made the process not only easy but fun as well. They took all the stress of buying a house out of the process as we were out of State purchasers and they completed the transaction walking us through each stage effectively and efficiently as if we were there stood next to them. They conducted video tours and performed conference calls and they have an extensive network of highly recommended professionals who work with them daily.
