Michael Simpkins is an outstanding realtor, especially when dealing with out of town buyers. Since we had ties to the local area, we had decided a while back that we wanted to eventually relocate to the Tampa area. We contacted Mike well over a year before we were ready to move. He helped us ascertain the market, the area, and what we really wanted in a house there. He was extremely patient with us over a long time period and diligently searched for the perfect house for us. Mike is an expert at helping buyers determine what they really want and then finding them a house that meets those requirements in the price range affordable to buyers. Mike maintained excellent communication over the entire period. As we neared the time to come down to look at houses, he was always there for us when we needed information about the area or answers to our questions. He responded to our emails, texts, and phone calls in a timely manner. In summary, Mike was there for us and he found us the perfect home and negotiated a price we could afford.
