If I could give her more then 5 stars I would! We moved across the country from TX and started the process looking for an apartment and over time changed our minds about 100 times. Madison was so patient and very responsive. She never pushed us one way or the other based off apt/house or commissions. Always squeezed in house showings considering our hectic schedules. She even met us on her way home from vacation to do showings, since we were flying in. She is very knowledgeable about the area, understood what we were looking for, and was extremely helpful looking at homes and pointing out different issues; she noticed (ex: roofs,cracks,window seals etc). We ended up with a new build and she made herself available for the blue tape walk thrus, took pictures throughout, did multiple video walk thrus for us (very tech savy), negotiated with the builders, and closings. Before I even hung up she was taking care of issues left and right. She made the process easy and stress free, which is saying something since we bought a house across the country during a housing boom. Overall if we were to buy or sell again we will 100% be using her and reccomending her to anyone we know in the area.
