Candice was not only our realtor, she was a friend, a therapist and a mother hen over our transaction from beginning until end. We had to sell our current home and purchase another. We had a very difficult time with the buyers of our current property. Many times I would call Candice in tears and she would talk me off the ledge. She always remain calm and positive throughout the entire transaction. She also has a huge amount of knowledge with regards to the areas in which she work. She recommended contractors, restaurants, Pet Sitters, our home loan people and places for us to stay in the meantime. Every single time I asked Candice a question I received an immediate answer. When showing us property she was incredibly honest. She never tried to force us into a purchase. As a matter of fact with one particular house she pointed out the noise level of the street. I found her to be very genuine and forthright. She was there for me completely. Always returned calls promptly and or texts. She never once left me hanging. I truly believe that without Candice we wouldve never made it through this difficult transaction with the buyers of our property. When beginning to look in the area for a home she sat down with us and asked us exactly what we wanted in a home. She drove us around to numerous areas just to try to get an idea of what we were looking for. She nailed it and we found a beautiful home that had everything we were looking for. I would highly recommend Candice and will recommend her to anyone I know who is buying a home in the future.

Candice has now helped us with four home transactions. Every time she has been outstanding! There seems to be two sides to a Realtor, the professional and the personal. The professional is the competence in real estate practices, laws, etc., the personal is the ability to relate well with people. In our past experience with other Realtors youre hoping to get one of the two but with Candice you clearly get both. Candice clearly knows her stuff and there has never been a time when we doubted that we were clearly in good hands the entire way through our transactions. On the personal side, Candice was not only available at almost any time to answer questions or deal with issues as they came up, but clearly cares about her clients and their families, not just professionally but personally. Candice sold our first CA home in 3 days and our second CA home in just 1 day!!!! If you are new to the area and youre looking for a good Realtor (this was us) or if you have been in the area and would like to work with the best, we would whole heartedly recommend Candice, we think she is great!
