Working with Candace was like making a new and very helpful friend - one who could be relied upon day and night for guidance and sound advice. As a first time buyer, I need someone just like her. She was willing to explain and re-explain when I couldnt connect all the dots or understand the rationale. Her knowledge is vast, her patience is unwavering, and she is prompt to a fault. She worked with the seller to negotiate a fair price and connected me with reliable parties in the community who could be trusted to help me with various aspects of the purchasing process. Candace made a big, scary, challenging, new experience fun and manageable. She sipped tea and took time to get to know me during the inspection and offered to be there for the appraisal when she was definitely destined for bed instead. I dont know if I should mention that there was a tin of cookies at my door when I came home from work on closing day, but I would have to say that this kind act sweetened the deal.
