John worked very hard to find me the perfect house in my price range four years ago. Without ANY hesitation I went directly to him for the purchase of my second house and the sale of my first home. First sale fell through, second sale was successful only because John was on top of EVERYTHING. He had my best interests at heart and MADE SURE that all the players executed properly....calling me from the lake while he was vacationing and I was in Florida to let me know where they had dropped the ball so I could fix it. In spite of all the turmoil and frustration he was always positive and steered the course expertly. He is definitely my GO TO realtor. I left explicit instructions that my children are to go to John when they want to divest themselves of my house. If Diogenes was looking for an honest man, he would have to go no further!
