My daughter recommended John to me and my wife...I did not know John prior to us meeting as agent/client. He was very personable from the beginning. He worked extremely hard..diligently, ambitiously, professionally and personally for us. He actually cared that we get the house we needed to meet our needs. There were some extenuating circumstances we were dealing with -- he understood, took that into account as he did his research. John is a family man with a wife and two children (and one on the way at this review). He gets the importance of finding for families what those families need in housing. His response time getting back to me and/or immediately answering his phone when I called was VERY prompt. The time he gave me on the phone was never rushed...I NEVER felt like I was just a number -- always like I was important to him as a client. He never made me feel dumb for asking any question or requesting any feature in a house...but always took my viewpoint into consideration...and, at the same time, was honest in suggesting other options if my suggestions were not reasonable or feasible. His diligence with which he went about finding answers to my questions was commendable. His professionalism combined with his personableness is great. If I had to buy another house or list the one I just bought, I would not hesitate for a second to enlist John Tinsley as my list agent...I only wish he could be my list agent to sell my house in Greensboro...if you want a man who will give himself to finding what you want/need...John is your man!
