We recently purchased an apartment in Boston with the help of Michael who has been a great support. Michael was very honest and we never felt him pushing us to buy anything we were not totally convinced of. He would actually point out all the pros and cons of every choice and leave it up to us to decide. He never pressured us and never made us feel uneasy whenever we asked a questions. We actually bombarded him with questions and inquiries all the time and he would go out of his way to find the answer if he did not have it ready. It was a real pleasure working with him. The best thing in the whole deal is the feeling that one made a friend and not an agent who is always ready to help even after he completes his professional obligations towards you. Michael also manages our rentals and again he is doing a great job.

My husband and I are so glad we worked with Mike when searching for and buying our first home! He is so professional, down-to-earth, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We felt immediately comfortable with him and confidant that he would guide us through the home-buying process with patience, thoughtfulness and enthusiasm. He certainly surpassed all of our expectations and found us our dream home. Some of the highlights of working with Mike were;1) Responsiveness. Mike was always so quick to respond to us via e-mail, text or phone from the beginning to the end of the process. 2) Attention. Mike honestly made us feel like his number one priority. He was always available to show us properties at our convenience and was always fully present and engaged during our viewings. He never pressured us, or came off salesy. He always provided us with reliable information and his expert opinion. 2) Efficiency. Mike gets things done quickly and efficiently. We had a small time frame to buy a home and Mike made it happen without cutting corners or skipping important steps of the process. Within a couple months, he took us to view many houses and condos (often with short notice). He quickly learned our preferences and put offers together in a timely manner. 3) Patience and understanding. As first-time home buyers, it was important for us to feel supported throughout the process. Mike was exceptional at explaining things to us every step of the way and answering questions honestly and thoroughly. 4) Attitude. Mike is amazing at his job, but more than that, he is also a really wonderful person. He is so positive (even at times when the house-hunt was frustrating/discouraging based on the competitiveness of the current market.) He made the process of buying a home enjoyable and stress-free. Words are truly limited in their ability to describe how awesome our experience with Mike was. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent they can trust and depend on!
