Jackie did a fantastic job for us. She was able to help us narrow down our list of houses that we wanted to look at by paying close attention to exactly what we wanted and were looking for. Jackie went out of her way to make sure that we could see all of the properties that we were interested in and helped to point out important things that might help us decide on the perfect home. She was flexible, professional, and prompt. We had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help through the entire process and she always made herself available and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. When we found the right home, we couldn't have been more pleased with the negotiation process. Not only did we purchase the home for a more than fair price, but Jackie also negotiated to get several repairs done including $10k in roof repairs that the seller could have declined, especially based on the agreed purchase price. I highly recommend Jackie and will continue to turn to her for all of my real estate needs.
