Ryan's is a realtor who excels in every aspect of the job. Ryan's knowledge of the real estate market maximized the selling price of our home in a shifting market. His marketing strategy optimized buyer exposure and showing activity. Ryan's followup with other agents was great and he gave us immediate feedback on showings. He was committed fully to selling our house--during one lengthy showing he answered questions almost the entire time by phone from the potential buyer through the realtor conducting the showing. Ryan is detail oriented and well organized. His response to texts or emails was always immediate. Ryan guided us through the process of selling, as well as buying our new home, with patience and consideration. His participation in and support during the walkthrough of our new home and attendance at closings allowed us to attend to items we might not have noticed. Ryan understood completely what we wanted to purchase in a new home and helped us look at the pros and cons of the properties we visited.
