My husband and I were moving to Tucson, and were planning to buy our first house in a city completely unknown to us. McKenna was a wonderful help to us. She made the process incredibly smooth. She was professional at the same time very friendly. She never imposed her opinion but also helped us decide when we needed an objective opinion. She helped us look at over 20 houses in the period of two days, find our dream house, negotiate, and make an offer. After the offer was accepted she sat with us and went through every single clause in the contract, explained every ambiguous phrase to us and was very patient with us. She sent us all the required document promptly, was super responsive day and night from the beginning to the end. She never stopped helping us even when we closed on the house. And most importantly, we could trust her at any part of the process. We went to Tucson to explore the possibility of moving there in the future. Before we went I researched realtors and found McKenna. She had training or certification for working with buyers and she is one of the top realtors in Arizona and in the country. From a review that I read I learned that she had represented other buyers from out of state so when we got to Tucson I called her. She asked what we were looking for and quickly emailed listings that met our criteria. We called her the next day and scheduled some showings. She asked me questions at every showing to learn what my likes and dislikes were. She quickly zeroed in on what we wanted. That evening she emailed more listings and we chose a few more houses to tour. I looked at 6 houses in 2 days and we purchased the 2nd one I took my husband to! We wrote a contract the morning we were leaving Tucson. The house we chose was a short sale and McKenna worked closely with the listing realtor to move the process forward. She handled our home inspection, the walk-thru and all the paperwork. We didn't return to Tucson until a month after closing. The idea of buying a house when you're living out of state can be stressful but I was so confident in McKenna that the stress was alleviated. She returns calls, texts and emails quickly. She's reliable, dependable, a great listener, an expert in her field! We plan to stay in our Tucson home forever but if for some reason we decided to move, we would definitely hire McKenna to handle the sale of our home!

Gregg Maul helped us find a wonderful home at a price that we could afford some 20 years ago. Our financial status changed about 2 years ago so we started the process of trying to get loan modification from Bank of America only to become awarwe that BofA is a wicked, hateful institution which is not interested in helping people so we once again turned to Gregg to help us deal with Bank of America and a short sale. Gregg spent many, many hours working for us in this phase of our relationship, never giving up, always available to answer questions regarding the seeminlgly hundreds of inane piece of correspondence which we received from BofA. After many, many months of frustration, we finally sold the property. I feel that without the wonderful support of Mr. Maul, we would not have been able to endure to agony which this activity created. While I have no further intest in owning a home, I would certainly have Gregg Maul as my agent should I change my mind, and I will certainly recommend him to anyone who needs an excellent, honest, realistic real estate agent.
