Our Waynesboro home....My husband and I have been looking on and off for a home the past couple years in the Waynesboro area. Difficulty in that was our current location was two hrs away. We would call a realtor when we would see something wed like but it was difficult juggling time availability on both ends. As time past and Covid hit, homes were moving like hot cakes. We started driving down into the area more often. During one of those times, we met a realtor from KKHOMES who offered to send us links to new listings just as they would hit the market. No one out of 3 other realtors wed met would keep in touch with us. This realtor kept his word. On occasion hed write and ask us what we thought on certain properties. This was one patient yet diligent realtor. We came close to putting a contract on building a home til we discovered the train was a stone throw away. Yet this realtor was undaunted. Finally we saw a house that was a good fit. Our realtor, MATT PETTWAY of KKHOMES helped us with every detail. Even went above and beyond to get us in touch with contractors for repair estimates. Once a contract was agreed upon, the KKHOMES team started the online paperwork.
