We had several neighbors in our neighborhood that had their home sold quickly with KK Homes, so we asked around, and everyone gave raving reviews of how great a job Kathleen and her team did so we decided to use them. Mind you, we were moving to another state, and had to put in an offer on a new home, so we HAD to sell quickly.Kathleen showed up and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She even played with our 2 1/2 year old when he would start to get fussy. She went over her suggestions, and it was time to get the house ready for selling/showing. Her team came in and did an amazing job with the staging and pictures. The house looking perfect. We were under contract in just over a week, and at the exact amount we wanted to sell for. Once the inspection came through, there were several items that needed to be addressed, and Kathleen suggested one of her contractors. We had him come make the repairs, but he didn't do a great job. Kathleen took control of the situation, and even met with the contractor several times, and had him come touch it up 3 separate times. Each time, she met him (it was an exterior fix) and let us just go on focusing on the move and our new home. Closing was a breeze, and we are now enjoying our new home. I can't say enough good things about Kathleen and her team. She was EXTREMELY reponsive, as well as her team. Selling a home is stressful, but she somehow made it enjoyable, and if I had to do it again, I would definitely go with her again. If you are thinking about selling your home, look no further. I would give her 6 stars if I could.
