I first engaged Mr. Aronheim's services in 2001, when we sold our townhouse in Oakton and moved to a single family house, also in Oakton. We were very pleased with Mr. Aronheim's services then, and so earlier this year, when we needed to sell our house, Mr. Aronheim was the first person I thought of. So I contacted him, and he was very responsive right from the beginning. He did research on sales of similar homes and concluded that sale of the home in its as is condition would result in a loss. He then recommended renovations for the house that would greatly increase its sales values. He arranged for the contractor, who did a terrific job, and when we put the house on the market we received an offer very close to the asking price almost immediately. When we sold the house, its price was $150,000 more than what it would have been before the renovations, and we made a very nice gain on the sale after accounting for the renovation expenses. All in all, a great experience with Mr. Aronheim, and I would recommend him to any looking to sell a house in the Oakton area.
