My fiance and I were looking to buy a home and we found Kim during a walk through of a house that her clients were selling. However, we did put in a offer on the house, but we did not get it. We found another house that we like when Kim did the walk through with us. My stepdaughter was with me when doing the walk through. Kim told us if we got the house that she would by a Bella doll for her. She helped us putting in a offer and taught us how to buy a home. The sellers did accept are offer and we had Kim help us through the whole process. I absolutely love the communication that Kim gave us. Once, she knew something she would share the information to my fiance and I. I love how she is strong at negotiating and never backs down. She is always looking out for the buyers/sellers whats and needs. At settlement day, she gave us a plague with my last name,address, and when the settlement day was. At Christmas time, she surprised us with a Bella doll for my stepdaughter from her own pocket! I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house! My family (My fiance, stepdaughter and I) love Kim so much!!
