My husband and I just bought our first home in Richmond, Virginia, and Drew Setzer was our realtor. We really lucked out! We saw a house we were interested in online and submitted a tour request, and Drew was the first realtor to respond. We checked out his reviews online and decided to move forward with him, and we are so glad we did. He did an amazing job at making us feel comfortable throughout the process and by answering all our questions. He was there every step of the way--at the inspection, the final walkthrough, closing, etc. And it honestly felt like he cared about us. He helped us know how to negotiate, had recommendations for local companies that can service/repair, offered solutions and ideas for home improvement down the road, explained terminology and processes we weren't yet familiar with as first-time buyers, and so much more. He's friendly, honest, smart, and a family man. He's got the experience, and he will go to bat for you. Definitely go with Drew.
