My partner and I came across The Strum Group by chance while we were researching agents and saw they had a wealth of knowledge in different areas around Richmond and great reviews. We were paired with Jamie because she has experience working as a Buyer's Agent and with first time home buyers, which we are! Jamie worked with us to pin-point what was most important and we ended up loving the very first house we went to go see as a team. We had been looking at houses for about a year casually so we were ecstatic to find a perfect match. Jamie gave us expert advice on how to submit an attractive offer and negotiate fast turnaround times. After our offer was accepted, Jamie walked us through each step in the process and recommended excellent professionals for when we needed inspections, lawyers, and movers. Communication was priority #1 for our family and Jamie was thorough, patient, and speedy.
