Drew did a great job selling my house. When I was getting ready to sell the house, I contacted Drew and asked him what work should be done before putting the house on the market. He took a close look at the house and recommended some improvements that would help the house to sell quickly. He then contacted contractors that completed the jobs quickly and at reasonable prices. The painters he contacted actually got us a quote and got all the painting done the very same week! If we had tried to get contractors it would have more expensive and we would probably still be waiting to get the house on the market. When we did list the house, Drew was able to get us 50 showings and we had seven offers by the second day! We accepted an offer that was $21,000 over our asking price. I am sure that Drews expertise and good advise on what buyers expect when looking at houses drove the quick sale and great offers. I would definitely recommend Drew to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. In fact he helped my daughter and son-in-law purchase their first home. He worked closely with them and negotiated to get them a great price on a beautiful home.
