Bought a home. Was searching for a realtor and came across several, including Drew. One of my coworkers told me he used Drew twice, selling and buying a home, and recommended I use him. Drew made buying a home so easy for me. He was there when I called, when I texted and emailed. Was polite the whole time even when I thought that was a dumb question to ask. Helped me with every aspect of buying the home. He knew this crazy market well and we went with certain options like offering 2 grand above appraisal, knowing our offer was going to be past appraisal. I didnt know what that meant but he explained it all and was looking after my best interest. We did no inspection, as is, and he helped me look for what could be wrong with the house. Set me up with an inspector that Im hiring for peace of mind. We also offered enough to win the bid but at same time ended up saving $14k and won per the appraisal clause. My sister was looking for a home and had countless rejections but when I told her some of the things we did, she tried them and now is under contract for a home. As teachers they were getting priced out of the market but now moving soon. Drew even helped get me set up with a Mortgage company and questions about it. What was great, he wasnt trying to sell me other services, more like here is a good person I trust, call if you want. That personal, real aspect of that showed his character. Hes a family man and someone I feel I can trust. He was always respectful, knew the market and most of all knew things about a home/what to look for I would never have thought of. I will end up using him again in the future.
