Drew was so excellent every step of the way. He was accommodating when I went on vacation after we had started viewing properties. He was very quick to look up any property I gave him details for and always had clear, prompt communication. When we viewed properties, he was extremely helpful in pointing out things to consider of the budget of the home (age of the HVAC system, water heater, and roof) and wouldn't hesitate to point out areas of concern. He listened to all the feedback I gave him after each property we viewed and even reminded me of things I had previously mentioned that were either present or not present at the current property we were viewing. His inputs never felt judgemental or condescending. It always felt like I was spending time with a friend who cared whether or not I got the house that was right for me. Finally, when I found the house I would eventually buy, he helped me devise a strategy to craft a good offer that the owners couldn't refuse but didn't leave me feeling like I got the short end of the stick. I cannot recommend Drew enough. I hope to work together with him again in the future.

I began the process of selling my condo by initially submitting an inquiry for agents on Zillow and received quite a few responses. However most that I received were from companies/agents that seemed disorganized right off the bat. My initial response from Drew was prompt and professional. We immediately arranged a time to discuss things further and he outlined what the Scott Team could offer, his knowledge about the market in my area, and an estimated time for selling the unit from listing to closure. I received an all-around good vibe from Drew and appreciated that he was not a pushy agent. After agreeing to work with the Scott Team, I met Drew at my condo for a walk through. He was able to recommend some low-cost cosmetic upgrades to make the unit more appealing to potential buyers. After I completed the minor upgrades, Scott Team immediately staged the condo, took photos and video and listed the unit. We received multiple offers from the 1st weekend of showings and early that following week, I settled with one of them after weighing the pros and cons of each offer with Drew. From staging to closing, the entire process was less than 30 days and Drew was with me every step of the way. He followed up with me to report any bit of progress and made himself available to me for any questions I had. He was patient, responsive, showed great attention to detail and kept this pace up throughout my entire selling process. Thank you Drew and Scott Team for making this as smooth and easy possible.
