It was an easy decision to select her over other potential agents to work with.Alecia had the necessary knowledge of what was needed to stage our home so that it looked its best and was attractive to buyers. She and her excellent team truly provide a full range of services including market analysis, staging, and moving assistance if necessary. We had high expectations and Alecia and her team definitely exceeded them. As a result of the team's hard work, our home had multiple offers in less than a week and ultimately sold above our initial asking price. The marketing and professional photography was crucial since our home was on the market during the pandemic without an "open house". I would also say Alecia's staging expertise played a significant role in this process. This was a difficult, emotional sale for us personally and we appreciated Alecia's calm, patient, and personal approach to the entire process.
