It was a pleasure working with Mr Hughes! He was the listing agent for the property that my husband an I were interested in. Very kind demeanor from the very beginning (far from carsaleman like).Extremely professional and super fast with communication! We spoke with him first on a Wednesday morning, immediately after he sent us an email with additional properties to consider in addition to the ones we had already found. There was some bad weather so he rescheduled and kept his word each time. We met on that Sat, he was so quick an organized that we were able to put in an offer on two and still Meer our deadline for moving. When he came Saturday he had all the properties lines up and ready to view, we didn't have to wait around or fumble through properties, so efficient!!! Gave us respect/privacy to discuss our thoughts about the property alone. Within a week he had secured us a place in our desired budget and location. He wasn't pushy at all, it was a phenomenal experience! :) We're absolutely looking forward to working with him again in the near future!

I have used Rob Hughes twice to help me find real estate. Each time Rob got the right property for me, was very responsive and worked in my best interest. Rob has thirty years of experience and really knows the markets.The first time, Rob found a rental property. This was a small transaction for Rob financially, but Rob treated me like I was his most important client. He led negotiations to get the desired timing and pricing. I was so impressed with how hard Rob worked on my behalf on a small project, I asked Rob to help me again four years later when I was looking to buy a house.Once again, Rob absolutely worked in my best interest and got me the right house. Rob advised me not to buy a house that was more expensive than the one I ultimately bought! He had listened carefully to my preferences and thought the more expensive house wasn't right for me. Rob was right. Rob ultimately earned a lower commission and worked harder to get the right house for me. He absolutely was working in my best interests. I cannot give a higher recommendation.Both times I worked with Rob we were on the buy side. I don't have experience with Rob on the sell side, but I would confidently hire Rob for a sell side assignment. Rob showed a broad range of market knowledge. The first rental property was a town house. The home purchase was a low seven figure purchase.
