We are moving out of state and ready to build our dream home, but we first needed to secure a contract of sale on our house. We interviewed several Realtors and also had a conversation with our out of state Buyers Realtor, who wanted to ensure the process was as seamless as possible. She asked us to let her do her homework and she would do the footwork for finding us a great Realtor in MD. Jennifer Bayne was hand picked for us by a very reputable Realtor who didnt know Jennifer, but knows what it means to be a great Realtor. She reviewed her stats, her advertising, her reviews, her market area, etc.aEUR| We interviewed Jennifer along with a few agents we found on our own.Jennifer was on time, professional, warm, and easy to talk to. Her presentation and materials were also very impressive. She left us with a sense of confidence in her ability to get our house sold quickly for the right price. I should also mention that our meeting was in October and we wouldnt have the house ready until just before the Christmas Holiday. The other Realtors we interviewed thought we should wait until spring when the market would be better. Jennifer thought otherwise. No only did she think the holidays would attract the most serious of buyers, but that we could sell our home for much more than the other Realtors we interviewed had suggested.We placed our home on the market 2 weeks before Christmas. We had our first offer the second day on the market (above asking price) and a total of 3 offers within 3 days! We are settling at the end of January. Jennifer also helped secure a rental home while our new home is being built!Jennifer is amazing! She is everything you want in a Realtor.
