Simply put, Jaime was amazing. It almost seemed too good to be true. We had some pretty specific requirements for a new home within a relatively small area, but we also had to sell our existing house. Leave it to Jaime. Not only did she find us a perfect house that met and exceeded all of our needs, but she personally guided us throughout the entire process from making an offer, the home inspection, and all of the closing procedures. But she wasn't done yet. Simultaneously, Jaime took on the role of project manager with selling our existing house. She helped us to prepare our house for showings and drove us through the entire process with expertise and confidence. She listed our house on a Wednesday at 3pm, and by dinner time we had several offers. She immediately helped us to differentiate the specifics with each. We received an amazing offer that we accepted that evening! That's right, our house was listed and sold within a few hours. Once again, she helped to shepherd us through the process of negotiating the specifics, our homes inspection and then the closing. Working with Jaime was an absolute pleasure, and I will recommend her to anyone looking buy or sell a home. She was always accessible for our questions all hours of the day, and she always made sure that we were comfortable and knowledgeable with the process.
