I have been using Ryan since 2005. Since then I have bought 3 houses and every time he was reliable and resourceful. I wouldn't say I'm picky but I definitely know what I like and he never once made me feel like I was a hassle to him. I was working with limited time and looked at quite a few houses before finding the one I'm in now but Ryan was very patient and helpful in finding just what I was looking for. He also helped me out with my rental property, which was the first house I bought from him. Ryan is an honest, fair and down-to-earth guy so if you want a friendly, sincere and straight-forward experience I highly recommend using him. I have for the past 11 years and will continue to use and refer him to all my friends and family. You wont be disappointed and you probably wont want to use anyone else after that.
