The bottom line is that Daren got my condo sold quickly with an offer within a few weeks of listing. He presented himself professionally at the listing appointment and called out that the assessment was going to be my main issue, which is why I chose him. As I was living out of state, he had a team help take care of inspections and hire contractors for work that had to be done. There were many issues that came along the way, which Daren helped navigate through. As an honest review, I thought his communication could have been better. His emails were short and he forwarded information without much explanation. I would have to take initiative in following up on certain details. As another reviewer noted, he would kind of talk over and pacify versus having an open ended discussion. End of the day, I would definitely use Daren again. As long as you are okay with his communication style, he does get the job done.
