We worked with Catherine to buy our first home about 13 years ago and had such a great experience that we called her again more recently when we decided it was time to sell it and find a bigger home for our growing family. She is the ultimate professional and gave us personalized advice every step along the way. Catherine came to the house we wanted to sell and gave us advice to maximize our selling price by letting us know what kind of upgrades would give us the best return on our investment and which ones would be a waste of time and money. Just was we were almost ready to officially put our house on the market, the pandemic hit. We still wanted to go through with our plan and Catherine helped us navigate this unprecedented market. We listed our house and immediately got many showings! Once we had buyers, it was time to look for a new home during a time when inventory was historically low.
