My husband and I feel very fortunate to have had Dave represent us during both the sale of our old house as well as, the purchase of our new home.He did a great job helping us to find the perfect home and his advice during the offer process and throughout the inspections were extremely helpful and valuable. The negotiations on this property stalled at one point when a stucco issue was disclosed. Not only did he help us to resolve the issue amicably with the seller, but his advice in the wording of the addendum really saved us from tens of thousands of dollars in future repairs. The second transaction was the sale of our 200 plus year old farmhouse in Bucks County where we raised our family together.
