We were blessed to have Jay as our selling agent for our home. From the initial presentation/interview to the day of closing he was thorough, efficient and responsive to our needs. Jay made us feel comfortable all along the way. He was aggressive in pricing our home, but also realistic. In the end we listed above the comps and got over our asking price. This was, we are sure, because of the way Jay positioned us in the marketing, the wonderful photos that were included in all ads and the detailed description of our property as composed by his able assistant, Mo. We had two open houses the opening of the spring season, and had two offers in the first two days---one of which we accepted. Jay's professional help did not stop with the quick sale of our home, however. He was on top of every other step along the way, right up until closing. During this time Jay was always patient with our questions and concerns---most of which were unfounded since Jay was always one step ahead of us making sure things got done.
