Starting out as a new and young home buyer, my husband and I went in super nervous and eager! Having Heather as our realtor, was the best thing we did! She played with our kids and kept them occupied while we looked at houses all the while still answering questions and concerns when they arose. She made us feel safe during this process! When we found our home, she made things go as smoothly as possible! There were lots of tears, from me, and frustrating moments, also from me, and every time I called or showed up, she was there to just let me sit and vent or give me chocolate and just talk to me! Every new homebuyer needs to be able to experience this in their realtor!
