We interviewed 3 realtors when we decided to sell our house. Teri was by far the best choice. Right away, we could see how knowledgeable and experienced she is. Her confidence and energy is why we chose her to be our realtor, I also liked that she wanted the home to have pictures of the family displayed as she said this made the house feel like a home. Most realtors tell you to put away all personal photos. She and her son, Eric did a fantastic job helping us prepare for the pictures and video shoot, both of which turned out beautifully. The 3D aEURoedollhouseaEUR? tour was AMAZING. Teri and Eric provided wonderful service, and took a lot of the worry out of the process. After each showing, I always got feedback about how things went. Once we had a buyer, Teri worked hard to make sure we got a price we were happy with. During the inspection/negotiation period, Teri kept us completely informed about every detail, which made us feel better. Teris team really made the closing process go smoothly, which, again, took the worry away for us, since we had already moved to another town and were not present during the closing. Even after the whole process Is over, Teri sends me cute, funny texts. She is even helping me out now since I accidentally had something shipped to the old address. Teri feels more like a friend than a realtor, I'm so glad we chose her to sell our home.
