We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Kramer starting in 2018 and continuing till very recently. She did a masterful job in helping us buy our condo unit in 2018 -- our first condo. From mid-2018 through 2019, Stephanie went beyond all our expectations in helping us make our existing house highly saleable with minimal hassle. She worked with us closely in reviewing and planning every step of the complex suite of issues with our 75-year-house that needed to be dealt with (and deciding which issues did not need to be addressed); she handled the listing, marketing, and closing of the house with skill and expertise. Her knowledge of local contractors was superb. When we finally had the house ready to list, we immediately received competing offers despite a daunting down-market, and she handled the negotiations very effectively for us, while being considerate of the needs and interests of the prospective buyers. She is also a delightful, friendly, and thoughtful person.

Susan is more than a real estate professional. She is someone who genuinely cares about finding you an incredible home that fits your family needs and has become one of the biggest blessings for our family in our move in and out of Summit NJ. When we first moved to Summit, she was essential in helping us find the most perfect home. She was patient, supportive and really looked out for our best interest. She truly put us first and did everything she could to ensure we found the right place for Chris, myself and the kids. And then when the time came for us to leave Summit, she went above and beyond to help us get our home ready, support us through the transition and did an incredible amount of work to help us in our sale. She is responsive, consistent, reliable and very committed. In the last 6 years we have known Sue, she has become a friend, mentor and someone we feel so blessed to have in our life.
