Ms. Jayme is a fantastic realtor! I am a first-time home buyer, who bought in the DMV area while living across the country. From the first phone call to the last email, she was very patient and understanding of all the questions I had. Since I could not be there in person to look at houses, she did A LOT of very thorough video tour for me. If I sent her four houses, I liked she would send me 4 videos that day. It didnt matter if the houses were ten minutes apart or three hours, she would have the videos to me before the day was over. Ms. Jayme was always available for questions anytime I called she picked up the phone, I never felt like I couldnt talk to her. She always indulged my million questions and never seemed bothered. It took me a while to find the perfect home and during that search in a very hot market, many times she was my voice of reason to keep pushing, she was candid and honest which are two traits I truly appreciated. I always went into an offer with tempered expectations. She was even the liaison between me and my lender and the title company when communication started to deteriorate. I was using a VA home loan which can be tricky to navigate, and she never faltered, I never felt like she didnt know the answer. Hot or cold market, buyer or seller Ms. Jayme is certainly your go to realtor!!
