Initially, looking for out of town property was a frustrating experience because I didnt know the area, and the realtor I was working with did not respond to questions I had! Quite by chance, I found a listing held by Chris at Loffreno Realty, and emailed him for more information. From that point on, Chris was my go-to guy! Chris had no way to gauging whether I was just scouting the market, or if I was a serious buyer...but he took the time to answer all questions, and gave suggestions of properties that would meet my criteria. When we arrived into our target area (Ft Myers Beach, FL) Chris met us and showed us several properties.
