Worst experience of our lives. We still carry all the scars. All we wanted to do was sell our home and move into a home that fit our needs. She never once showed our home the entire time she had it listed, listed earlier than discussed which forced me to hurry on renovations which needed redone after the fact.Update: In response to lies from Helen, there were no denied showings. She in fact never even attempted to show my home. The denied offers were not acceptable whatsoever! She was removed as my agent due to unethical behavioraEUR| I was removed from contract because I had my complaint to the real estate board ready to go and was fed up by the companys behavior and Covid. That facts remain, it was a horrible experience and I make sure to speak what happened to any real estate agent who attempts to contact me.
