My husband and I were relocating from Boston to St. Petersburg. Finding a good agent to work with was extremely important to us, especially since we did not know a lot about the area. We found Lockhart online with great reviews and after our initial phone call with Antonia Rebrina, we knew we wanted to work with her. Right off the bat, she was educating us on the St. Pete market and the different neighborhoods and types of homes. When we arranged travel to Florida to start our search, she made sure to maximize our time. She made everything easy and enjoyable, and set up a really efficient schedule for us to see homes over a 2 day period. Antonia was so personable and we loved soaking up her knowledge of the city. Then, from making an offer to closing on our home, Antonia was our guiding light every step of the way. She was always so quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the entire process. Antonia mitigated any potential stress so that I never had to worry about anything. Without a doubt, I would work with Antonia again for any real estate transactions and would recommend her to family, friends and strangers!
