LizLuke (a.k.a. Elizabeth Lucchesi) sold me my first home almost 10 years ago. She made such a good impression that I returned to her this year for another purchase. LizLuke's most valuable skill, to me, is in accurately pricing offers. I purchased during a housing crash and most recently in the current pre-Amazon craze. Both times, the property was competitively bid by multiple buyers. Both times, LizLuke predicted what offer would get me the property. I'm fairly cheap. When LizLuke priced my bid, it wasn't simply a matter of coming in with a load of cash and grossly overpaying. While I cannot tell for certain, I feel like my winning bids were just a fraction above the 2nd place buyer.LizLuke has other qualities that I appreciate. She has a lot of connections in the home improvement space. Both properties I purchased needed moderate repairs. When I called and told them that LizLuke sent me, I received exceedingly fast responses and I was pleased with the jobs that were done. LizLuke has also been very responsive to my communications. I believe I received same day responses to just about every question I asked, and even after both sales has called to see if everything is going well.LizLuke has my highest recommendation.

We interviewed six realtors. All were experienced and very nice. We worked with Elizabeth and Paige as buyers. We have been looking for homes in the Northern VA area for many years and have worked with a wide variety of Realtors. Elizabeth and Paige were patient, attentive and helpful in our very long and sometimes winding search--a quality that is not often shared in this profession. Admittedly, I also lacked patience at times. Elizabeth and Paige were helpful in negotiation of the best deal and making sure the terms were appropriate for our settlement. They worked late making sure the offer and documents were correct. They kept the seller informed and applied pressure at the right points. They are now affiliated with Long & Foster and the process to place an offer to buy was simple and straightforward. Overall, we are happy with the outcome and believe we received a fair price.
