I was going to be moving to Williamsburg in 2012 to get married. My husband had known Heather since high school so she was a natural choice to help us find our first home together. Heather was amazing. She sat down and listened to us as we talked about all the things we wanted in our house. She researched so many houses in the area and went with us on what seemed like an endless list of house showings and sometimes back to a house multiple times. She was so patient with us as it was very hard for me to make a decision as she had found us so many good options. I never knew what a long complicated process it was to buy a house but Heather was able to walk us through it and she kept me informed on everything going on. She was able to tell me ahead of time what paperwork was needed so that by the time the bank/loan company needed it, the paperwork was already put together and ready to give them. I would definitely recommend Heather to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. When it gets to that time that my husband and I are ready to sell our house for something bigger, we will definitely be calling Heather to help us.
