Sold my home and facilitated the purchase of a foreclosure. This was a bumpy transaction for a number of reasons but Brenda handled it well. I had to come up with more money at closing out of pocket than was expected and I budgeted and agreed to a lower sale price on my home based on the estimates that I was provided up front. I don't know if that is something that could have been avoided or not. Also, the HOA information that I received was incomplete which has precluded me from enjoying many of the amenities in my new neighborhood which has been disappointing. Again, I cannot say who failed to provide the information to whom. I learned AFTER the purchase that in order to participate in certain amenities that I had to provide a $10,000.00 deposit on top of monthly fees which I cannot afford. Had I had this information, it would have influenced my decision to buy. Aside from that issue the process was as good as could be expected. There were several issues with the closings etc which I believe were the buyers fault. Brenda made the best of this situation for me and kept things moving in a very difficult situation.
