Thomas Moriarty was an excellent realtor to work with, as well as an excellent sales associate for the new home we are building. He is very professional and knowledgeable concerning the realty business. He used a professional photographer for the photos and 360 degree virtual tour of our house. He listed our property on multiple sources on the internet. He used very eye-catching attractive directional signs. He kept us very well-informed throughout the process. We sold our home in 13 days due to his persistence. The potential buyers decided to stop negotiations after rejecting our counteroffer. Thomas was persistent in contacting their realtor asking them to make their last and best offer. It was one we could accept and so the house sold in 13 days. Since we sold our home so quickly, we needed to find a rental home until our new home that was being built would be complete. Thomas helped us find the perfect rental home. As the sales associate for the builder on our new home being built, Thomas has kept us very well-informed. He came to our home numerous times to explain things and have us sign papers. He was always very accommodating to our schedule.
