My girlfriend and I recently closed on a house in the Catskills and we could not have done it without Patti's help. We originally met Patti back in October when we first started our house search and we immediately received a sense of her genuity, kindness, and professionalism. She quickly learned the type of house, property, and location we were looking for and geared our searches towards only those properties that matched the criteria. She quickly had our trust and confidence in a highly competitive market with advise we heavily relied on. As residents of Brooklyn over 2.5 hours away we had to plan our trips up there every couple weeks and see as many houses as possible in a day or two. We heavily relied on her local knowledge of the Catskill area and were able to coordinate condensed trips around our schedule to see houses just hitting the market and those fitting our profile. The property we decided to make an offer on ended up going through a difficult process of a land subdivision. On numerous occasions Patti went above and beyond her role, making trips down to the Town Clerk's office to ensure necessary documentation regarding the subdivision were being filed timely. She helped to coordinate with the numerous parties involved and provided us with transparency on the issues at hand that no one else was willing to do. Patti helped us navigate throughout the entire process, with endless phone calls, texts, and emails that often went into the late evening and weekends. Patti always put our interests above any others, which is hard to find in this business. She was not only our trusted broker but also became our friend we came to rely on.
