It was a pleasure for me to work with Melissa when I decided to sell my duplex. She is an absolute professional who has successfully sold many multi-family properties. She made savvy pre-listing recommendations, all of which I agreed with and implemented. She brought in a superb real estate photographer for the propertys photo shoot. The results were impressive and represented my duplex in the best possible light. An owner of rental properties herself, Melissa was empathetic when working with tenants occupying a property that is on the market. She personally delivered Notices to Enter as needed and made herself available to answer my tenants questionsaEUR"though they had very few, since she also provided a helpful FAQ sheet for current residents. I appreciated her direct, yet tactful way of communicating. She made every effort to respond promptly to my inquiries and keep me apprised of developments during the listing and sale of my property. For issues both large and small, she was at the ready with viable solutions. I felt I was in capable, knowledgeable hands throughout the process of selling my duplex. Zayda is the best realtor ever! Super knowledgeable, respectful, and very professional. Shes great to work with. I highly recommend buying a home from her as she will walk you through the process and make it an easy experience all around.We started by going through a bunch of Jones to see what we liked. Zayda gave us multiple options and never rushed us to buying. We saw nice, old, new and all kinds of homes. Eventually we found one we liked.During the process, she managed and communicated the entire home buying process with us. She made videos to keep us informed during covid times. She kept us in the loop and communicated with us on next steps and made it such a pleasant experience.Not only is she a great realtor, shes a great person. Youll find out if you work with her.
