Risa made my first homebuying experience as easy as can be. I contacted her looking for properties in the Pensacola area, and she drove all around town taking videos of houses for me since I had not yet been moved to the area by the Navy. She contacted me with new properties as they came on the market, got me in the door with new construction communities, and had enough information about each property to answer all my questions. Once I decided on a house, Risa handled all of the closing inspections and paperwork for me. I was even out of the country at the time of closing, and Risa made what would normally be a painful process closing remotely much easier. Risa was very knowledgeable about the Pensacola area where we wanted to shop for a new home. She gave great recommendations for our first home that we wanted and the neighborhood we were looking for. She was very resourceful when it came to negotiating with the sellers and always listened to what Lisa and I wanted and what we were willing to do. When the first house fell through, she continued diligently to look for us another home. She picked out some houses for us in addition to some we were already looking at. She took the time, no matter when, to reach out and contact us and work with us if something needed to be done. She always made it all showings and inspections and ensured that what needed to be repaired was handled prior to final signing. Risa was beyond the best person I have ever had the privilege of working with in buying a home! She not only negotiated my wants and wishes but went out of her way to find my dream home and set me up for success by recommending the best financial team she has had experience working with especially with my VA Loan. She negotiated and argued for my wants and wishes and was the best middle-man when it came to the sellers real estate agent team always keeping up with the communication and all that was needed to close. There were a few hiccups but we had a great talk and venting together over the process. She even was able to keep me up to date with closing costs!
