Debbie was excellent to work with and we will be using her services again in the near future. Over the years we have worked with many real estate professionals and too often we have been disappointed and did not truly feel that they were representing what was best for us. In the end we were left feeling like they were just trying to make the sale. We never felt that way with Debbie. When we asked for her opinions, she was honest, even if she didnt think it was what we wanted to hear. She researched and showed us multiple choices of areas and types of properties for consideration. She helped us to consider options that we didnt even know were available. She shared her knowledge of the areas, good and bad, very freely, and we really felt like she helped guide us to the best choice for us. The lines of communication were always open and we were always well informed of where things were in the process. We have some future transactions planned and we will be using Debbie for those as well. This is the first time, over many real estate purchases and sales, that we will ever use the same agent for multiple transactions. Hopefully that fact alone helps to relay how strongly we enjoyed our dealings with Debbie.

I always hate talking to sales people. Especially for a car. Since a home is a much more substantial investment, you can understand my extremely cautious approach. When I first met Blaise, I was overflowing with anxiety and hesitation. To my pleasant surprise, he did not act aggressive as I had imagined. I felt no pressure on me after a few short minutes of speaking to him. His attention to detail was astounding when I realized he had remembered every little detail I had rattled off about my dream home. All the way down to a window seat and backyard gazebo. If I had to pick one quality that was my favorite, he never heckled me by calling, texting or emailing repetive and/or pushy questions about rushing into a purchase. As I have encountered in the past. Thank you for curing my investment anxiety! Please never change. I will happily be returning to him after I take care of some other business that came up.
