As a home buyer looking to buy a single-family house in Austins hot real estate market, my wife and I feel we are real lucky to have worked with Katie Evans, who, in our opinion through personal experience, is one of the most competent and knowledgeable realtors any buyer could trust and rely upon to get his/her dream home. Katie is very attentive and accommodating to our inquiries and needs, and she always patiently listens to our questions before giving us answers and explanations in exhaustive details. Katie always responds to our questions via phone calls and emails in a timely manner. After knowing clearly about what we want and what expectations we have for the property in mind, Katie begins to map out a plan to guide us through the labyrinth of real estate transaction and it gives us the impression of trustworthiness on which we can base our action and decision. Much to our satisfaction, we have now bought our dream home under Katies guidance and professional help. Even after the transaction, Katie still provides us with information regarding setting up the utilities and HOA accounts. I would recommend Katie in a heartbeat. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and patient. We were first time home buyers and had lots of questions, and needed a lot of hand-holding. Katie was always there to guide us. We learned a lot from her. We started our home search in February, gave a pause due to the pandemic for a few months, and finally closed in December. During this long period, we toured many homes, submitted (and on some occasions, withdrew) several offers. She was very helpful and efficient, and never put us any pressure or obligations. She has also put us in contact with different vendors/contractors for everything- from mortgage agents to lawn care workers. She is there for us even after the closing was done. Again, we immensely enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her.
