Elaine is the perfect combination of fun and smart. She as easy to be with and never pressured us. We were causally looking for a house for over a year and she was game for whatever we felt like seeing. She would call us if she saw something she thought we liked and she would always be willing to take us to see something. Her honest feedback on houses and her incredible knowledge of the area helped us gain an understanding for the market and ultimately helped us figure out what really mattered and what didn't matter so much. Ultimately, we found a fantastic home that checked almost all of our boxes. Even though we actually found that house on our own, we would not consider making an offer until we got the OK from Elaine. It meant a lot to us to know that she thought it was a good house at a good price. The process leading up to closing was seamless and she was great at communicating with us and with recommending and finding all the resources we needed to do our due diligence. She was always responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend her and we would definitely use if if we buy or sell in the area again in the future.
