Gwen is simply wonderful. She does a lot more than showing you houses. She lined up many houses at once to fit into our schedule. After our offer was accepted, she lined up all the repairs to be done before we moved in, including making appointments with repairs men and checking their work. We had a contingent offer and she synchronized all the buyers and sellers and made everything go extremely smoothly, so that we didnt have to worry about anything. Even after closing, we had some plumbing issues, and she sent in her own trusted plumber and had them repaired and even paid for it!!!! She still checks in with us to make sure everything is OK with our new home. She really cares about her customers and we really appreciate everything she did for us. We highly recommend Gwen to anyone looking for a real estate agent because she is the best. You will be in good hands with Gwen Mulligan.

If you're a person like me who wants answers fast, then you're going to really enjoy working with Gwen Mulligan. If she can't answer your home buying question then she'll find the answer---fast. Gwen was able to guide us through buying a home, listening to our concerns as "experienced home buyers" with four houses bought over 20 years. Maybe four is a big number, maybe not, but it pales in comparison with the number of deals Gwen has helped close and that's important to remember. No matter how much we thought we knew, Gwen listened to our concerns, working with our limited expertise that led to grand expectations and tempering it with reality. Some of our expectations were "pie in the sky" and Gwen helped ground us, helping us understand and accept what was indeed possible, and the result was a trouble-free closing with all our concerns addressed. Great job Gwen!
