I felt compelled to write a review based on my experience with Gwen. I have been in the market for over 2 YEARS on and off... She always checked in, whether or not I returned her calls, and was always polite and professional. Her knowledge of the county of Ventura and surrounding cities is incredible as well as her expertise of city/building codes, new laws, etc. She even amazed my home inspector by reciting verbatim codes for Ventura homes that just came out that he was even a little fuzzy on!!! Throughout the entire process, she made it seem like I could call her at anytime for any silly question. I backed out of many places, took my time, and probably was obnoxious at times. Despite that, her work ethic, attitude, and kindness never changed. True integrity, honesty, and character are hard to come by these days... I feel very blessed to have met Gwen and give her the highest recommendation possible.

Deborah was outstanding to work with from start to finish. We were not using a realtor and requested to meet her at the property she was listing, which was not an open house. She was very accommodating, courteous, and prompt. Deborah was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area, and provided insightful information regarding our questions. During the offer and negotiating stages, she was incredibly responsive and open, which we appreciated, as I'm sure the sellers did, as well. This ultimately helped facilitate a smooth purchase process on several aspects. She was professional and attentive to every step through closing...and even beyond with additional items which evolved afterward. We would very highly recommend Deborah in any aspect of your real estate needs as either buyer and/or seller. In our case, she represented both. We can speak to the effect that Deborah worked hard and efficiently to ensure the transaction was fair for both sides.

I have dealt with many business men/women in my lifetime and have found very few who were honest or a follow-through type of person. If they told me that they were going to do something, then I expected it to get done. Of course this wasn't the case with many of them. You can understand my hesitancy in finding a realtor. My husband and I met Gwen at an open house. She seemed very pleasant. When the time came to purchase a home, I thought of Gwen. On our initial meeting, she had set aside time to answer all of my questions. I had quite a few since I was leery from what I have experienced in the past. She answered all of my questions in detail and not once did she make me feel rushed or like my questions were silly. Over a period of around 3 months, although I know Gwen had quite a few clients, she made me feel like I was her most important one. If I was interested in looking at a home, she would meet me there as soon as possible. It was never about Gwen making a sale. It was all about my husband and I being totally happy about the home we were interested in purchasing. I have never worked with anyone like Gwen. She exceeded all of my expectations. I would recommend her to my closest family and friends.
