I spent months driving around on weekends looking at open houses. I met Gwen while she was hosting a nice house in Ventura. That house was not right for our family (too many stairs) but Gwen like every other agent I met took my information and what I was looking for. This is when my search changed. Most agents added me to their automated mailing list and I might receive an email or two telling me of a house I already knew about or one that didn't meet the needs of my family. Gwen focused in on exactly what I wanted, brought me different ideas and options and worked tirelessly. This was all before I asked her to be our agent. This was a time that navigating through all of the "short sales" and "foreclosures" was difficult at best. I also noted to Gwen that I didn't want just a good deal on a home I wanted a great deal. Gwen spent a total of 6 months working very hard to make us happy, she stood out from her peers in her tenacity, knowledge of the area and product and she steered us away from a possible disaster. While in escrow she pushed for us to get inspections beyond the normal home inspection. The result of that was we fell out of escrow and avoided a home that could have cost us tens of thousands in repairs. Things that were NOT disclosed by the seller. In the end Gwen found us a house that was beyond our dreams and within our reach. We have been in it now for 6 months and we are living the dream. I would give Gwen my highest personal recommendation to either represent you as a buyer or seller. Thanks Gwen!

Gwen Mulligan was recommended by my sister after purchasing her first home. We are experienced homeowners and were looking for our third home when we met Gwen.
