I met Tom for the first time online via Zillow when I inquired on a property in the Vail Valley.. I have to admit I was initially skeptical about working with someone without a referral. However, I quickly realized that I was in good hands. Tom is a professional in every sense and very knowledgeable about the Vail Valley market. He asked a lot of questions and quickly got familiar with what was important to me. After several showings, and steering us away from a number of properties that he knew wasnt right for us, Tom found a home that really met our familys needs. During the entire process Tom was available and very responsive which gave me great comfort. He took care of a lot of things to make our move into our new home as hassle free as possible even beyond closing. I couldnt be more pleased with the decision to work with Tom and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property in the Vail Valley.

We searched for the right house for almost two years with Matt. We started the process "just looking" to see if we wanted to sell. Matt sold our home in a very rough economic market. We looked at real estate and were set on finding the right house - so we looked at every house that went on the market in a couple neighborhoods. Some were too high priced, some were in bad shape, but Matt was happy to show us any property we wanted to see. When we found the house we wanted, we bought it out of foreclosure. The bank was more than difficult to deal with. Matt guided us in this process though a lot of paperwork and hassle. We really needed an experienced, educated, up to date Realtor and Matt was helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable - he even came to our house to have us sign paperwork! He guided us a through a tough bidding war as well. We are grateful for Matt's advice and we love that he is down to earth and realistic!
