We were looking to buy a new home in Singletree, we looked at one of Matt's listings and from the moment we met we were impressed with his professionalism. In our case he represented the sellers and us the buyers, it could have not gone smoother. As soon as we closed we wanted Matt to sell our other home. Matt did a market analysis and actually thought we should ask for more money than we were thinking, we decided to go with his pricing and had multiple offers the first day. If you are looking for a realtor who pays attention to detail and gets back with timely responses Matt has that kind of work ethic. It takes good people skills to work with all the facets of a real estate transaction whether it be inspectors, title companies or appraisers and we could not have been more impressed. Buying and selling real estate can be stressful but Matt made it a great experience. If we sell or buy again he will be our realtor.
