My wife and I worked with Doyle and Dave over the past few months to buy a vacation home in Keystone. We did a lot of research on our own before contacting Doyle and Dave directly, and much of it was done on their website. Their website is a great tool that really helped us narrow our search and learn more about the area. When we did reach out to them, we were surprised at how quickly they responded to our inquiry. We set up an in person meeting and toured a ton of different properties in the area. Doyle and Dave are a true team and did a great job explaining the market conditions, the purchase process, and were strategic in the offering phase which helped ensure a great price. Throughout the process, both Doyle and Dave were always quick with a response. We communicated regularly by phone, email, and text and never once were we left hanging. We would absolutely use them again, and would recommend them without reservation.
