Jeff spent about 6 months sending us information about house purchase opportunities in the Vail valley. We were thus well prepared when we came out to look at properties. In one day of looking we found the ideal home. The seller did not want to show the house on the one day that we had available to look at it, but Jeff was able to change his mind, which enabled us to see, and then eventually purchase the home. Jeff did an excellent job helping us to negotiate a favorable deal and guiding us through the closing process. He was responsive, knowledgeable and totally honest. After closing he went out of his way to help us get settled in the community, even taking us fly fishing on one occasion! We now consider him and his wife to be family friends. I have bought and sold multiple homes in the past 30 years. Jeff was by far the most competent and effective realtor I have worked with. I recommend with the highest enthusiasm.
