Buying a home for the first time can be a daunting experience. Buying a home for the first time that is out of state is undeniably a new form of torture. Stephanie Wyatt was a Godsend to me and my family. Over the weeks of searching, I can confidently say that Stephanie and I began to cultivate a relationship where I trusted her instincts and she understood exactly what I was searching for in a home. I felt wholeheartedly that she listened to each of my family members needs and understood our vision. Week after grueling week, we worked together as a team forging along until my goal and ultimately her goal, was met. Stephanie has an amazing work ethic and her hard work and diligence also speaks for her integrity and the integrity of the team of people she works with. We hired Stephanie Wyatt to both sell our house in Centennial as well as buy our new house in Highlands Ranch in July/August 2020. Both transactions went exremely well and smoothly. We really did not have to worry about anything aside from getting our house ready to sell and moving into our new house. Stephanie took care of absolutely every detail of both transactions. She also spent quite a bit of time helping us as well as advising us on the things we needed to do to sell our house quickly and for top dollar, which it did. She was friendly, personable, punctual, professional and by far our favorite realtor we have ever worked with. She also was very comforting quite a few times for me personally as buying and selling both can be stressful. I can't imagine how much more stressful it would have been without her professional assistance as well as guidance. We highly reccomend her and if we ever need a realtor again, will not hsitate to hire her again. Every bit a 5 star realtor who listens, knows the market and is extremely knowledgable about buying and selling.
