Our experience with Andy was nothing less than the greatest from the minute we called him, to meeting him, to working with him and until closing ( even afterwards).He is on top of it. He is personable and professional. A family man who means business! During showings he gets to the house first and is waiting for you with a pen, clip board and house profile paper so you can take notes on the house. From phone calls, emails, to texts and speaking with other realtors Andy is very quick to respond. He knows the importance of making a move on a house in a timely fashion so that other potential buyers don't beat you to the punch. He is very knowledgeable about the house buying process and the market in general. It was very easy to ask him for advice and trust in his judgement or opinion. Andy lets you make the decisions but he helps to guide you in he right direction. He is honest, open, upfront, trustworthy and he follows through. We highly recommend Andy, he and his team at Stucy to his network with Colorado Bank and Trust are exceptional at what they do and work hard to help at all times - in all ways. We hardly had to do a thing except pick a house and sign our name, all thanks to Andy. Now we are in our first home and couldn't be happier!
