I was looking for my first property ever, I have looked at hundreds of properties online and had narrowed my needs down to a couple of specific features like large plots, low prices, and close enough to a road for a 4wd. Jen showed me around several raw properties on a hill, listening patiently to me hem and haw over a couple of months. I lived far from her area so she met me on weekends when I was available, and eventually I settled on a property on which I was preparing to make an offer. Unfortunately someone else offered the day before I made up my mind, but Jen kept looking and a few weeks later she called me with a property that fit my requirements plus it was on a main road, had power, a home site and a well, and was exactly in my price range. I offered on the house that week and the offer was accepted within the month and closed soon after. Jen walked me through every single step of the process, answered questions within an hour or so when possible, she was available every single time I needed help, she communicated with the lawyer and just was generally awesome.
