We worked with Austin to sell our first home. Initially we were going to sell it on our own. Once i had it listed Austin called me and I told him I was firm on not listing with an agent. He then gave me guidelines on what to look out for and wished me luck on selling the house on my own. After about a week and a half, I gave Austin a call since he was the only realtor who cared about more than just making a sale. Once we were under contract, Austin literally did everything and kept me updated on every little detail. The house sold about a month later and I am currently working with him on purchasing a new home. As long as I am in the Yakima area, I will continue to work with Austin. If youre looking for a realtor who loves what he does and cares about the people he works for, give Austin a call, I guarantee youll be glad you did.

We purchased a house from a family who Austin Hayes represented. It was our understanding that he was going to act as a duel agent providing us with the same professionalism and quality of service as the other family. (he was receiving the commission for both sides) I would NEVER recommend that to anyone EVER. ALWAYS get your own realtor, one who will look out for your own best interest. We chose another realtor to sell our house, when looking over paper there was some language issues that were missing and statements were unclear not a deal breaker but was a concern. While working with our mortgage broker Austin would tell her information which she stated back which was incorrect, she kept asking is he new. Our inspection report came back and there was a door that needed to be replaced (for safety) it is our understanding that the sellers did not want to replace the door so Austin stated that he would replace it as a house warming gift. (that was nice and better than a plant). Then on the day we were suppose to sign to close a work issue arose. I was surprised at his forcefulness and lack of professionalism to work around this issue. Our purchase was finalized and the home we purchased had an issue with the tub which had been repaired by the sellers. This issue was not repaired properly and so we attempted to contact Austin to inquire about who to contact as we did not have the plumbers information. No, response. On a positive side we love our house. The moral of this is to have your own realtor who will be the one looking out for just you!!! It doesnt cost you any money someone is getting the commision...That was the dumbest thing we DID!!

Austin is an incredible agent! He was able to make what I thought was gonna be the most stressful first-time experience, into an enjoyable and fun experience that I would be happy to do again. since we were trying to buy our first home during the COVID pandemic we expected everything to go slower. Austin didnt make it feel long or drawn out because he was always a call or text away. When it came to looking at houses we could only have one person view the house at a time and we had to wear gloves and masks. Austin was always thorough in making sure we got to see everything we wanted to and answered all our questions. He even answered question we never thought to ask. When we saw the home we now live in, Austin went above and beyond to get us into it. he made the paperwork process easy to understand and was always quick to resolve any hic-ups along the way. Austin made sure everything was going smoothly all the way until closing and even after closing, he checked up on us to see how much we were loving our new home. Before meeting Austin I thought a real estate agent was just someone interested in finding their next sale. Austin showed me he is nothing like that. He is an honest, smart, reliable, dedicated, friendly, straight forward, and all-around amazing person. All of these qualities show in his work. Austin is the kind of agent who dedicates himself to find his client their future dream home. I am so blessed to have met Austin, and in the future if i find myself wanting to buy or sell a home, there will be no doubt in my mind of who i will call.
