We worked with Austin to sell our first home. Initially we were going to sell it on our own. Once i had it listed Austin called me and I told him I was firm on not listing with an agent. He then gave me guidelines on what to look out for and wished me luck on selling the house on my own. After about a week and a half, I gave Austin a call since he was the only realtor who cared about more than just making a sale. Once we were under contract, Austin literally did everything and kept me updated on every little detail.
